As entrepreneurs and small business owners we are taught to go after every opportunity to get our message out into the world, but are all opportunities created equal? Heck NO! The most important thing to ask is WHO the audience for this blog, interview, speaking engagement etc. will be. If they can’t give you a clear answer or the audience simply doesn’t fit into the demographic of folks you want to get to, you’ve got to say NO. It will save you time, money and disappointment.
