This website is owned and operated by L.A. Social Media Trainer Inc. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and with the Terms of Service of Market My Vision. When (you) the student electronically enrolls into Market My Vision (course) they are agreeing to the terms set forth on this page.
Payment
Student agrees to pay for Market My Vision according to the payment plan outlined on the sales and registration page.
Refunds
Upon enrollment of Market My Vision, student understands L.A. Social Media Trainer Inc. / Market My Vision does not provide refunds for any reason to the student. The course is non transferable and non refundable.
Earnings and guarantee disclaimer
By purchasing Market My Vision, student accepts, agrees and understands that he/she is 100% fully responsible his/her progress. Market My Vision offers no guarantees verbally or in writing regarding student’s earnings or results. Student accepts and agrees that he/she is 100% responsible for Market My Vision course success.
No resale of services permitted
Student agrees not to copy, share, duplicate, sell or exploit any portion of the program (course modules, downloads, checklist, notes, or videos including course materials).
No transfer of intellectual property
Market My Vision is copyrighted and original course materials are provided to the student for his/her individual use only. This course is a single user license and student is not authorized to use any of Market My Vision’s intellectual property, trademarks and or copyrights, for any purpose.
Termination
If student is behind in payment, or breaks terms of this agreement then student is prohibited from using any of Market My Vision’s services. Market My Vision is allowed to immediately collect all fees from student and cease all further services. This includes (but is not limited to) access to Program in its entirety as well as all social media platforms and emails systems.
