Natalie Gouche:Mogul Mom in August 2011 Redbook Magazine

The August 2011issue of Redbook Magazine came out and guess who’s in it? Yours truly with my beautiful daughter!

The  MomCentric article on page 118 was about  “The amazing upside of being a mom”. I guess many people think mothers in general are depressed because researchers keep asking if moms are really happy. They used my photo to display the happiness we mothers feel. They commented, “Somehow we don’t think this mother is in the depths of despair”. DUH! I love my life!

Sync your WordPress Blog to your LinkedIn Account

Let’s face it; Linkedin isn’t as fancy as the other social networks. That’s why we need to take advantage of free applications to spruce up your profile and get more attention.

Connect to your LinkedIn connections with the WordPress LinkedIn Application. You can sync your WordPress blog posts with your LinkedIn profile. Updates are automatically sent to your network for instant notifications. How cool is that?

While we are on the topic of Linkedin here are a few tips:
1. Fill your profile out to 100%
2. Use rich key words in your profile.
3. Connect your twitter to Linked in to update subtly
4. Recommend people and ask for recommendations
